Dubai Outlet Mall is located outside of downtown Dubai but it's just a 30-minute drive (i hope my memory is right) from Deira City Center. What's good is that you don't get exposed to heat or cold weather while going from shop to shop as it's all covered (unlike outlet stores in the US) - it's really a mall for outlet stores of various clothing, shoe, etc. brands available in the country. Worth giving a visit ...
